Project management involves the planning and coordination of a project from start to finish. We have substantial experience as Project Managers in investment projects funded by National and European development programs (National Strategic Reference Framework-NSRF, New National Investment Law).

We ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and accomplish the goals established at the start of the project. Part of our job is to prepare and submit initial, mid-term and final technical and economic progress reports to the relevant Greek government authorities.
